Do you offer free estimates?+
Yes — all estimates are free, written, and itemized. We visit your property before quoting so you get an accurate number, not a guess over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation, and hold a NY State pesticide applicator license for any fertilization and weed control work. Proof of insurance is available on request.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, and surrounding areas — including Clifton Park, Delmar, Guilderland, Colonie, and Malta. Not sure if you're in our service area? Give us a call.
Do you take on one-time jobs or only regular customers?+
Both. We do one-time cleanups, single projects, and ongoing maintenance plans. Many customers start with a one-time job and sign up for regular service after seeing the results.
What's your cancellation policy for weekly service?+
We ask for two weeks notice to cancel a regular maintenance plan. No contracts, no penalties — just reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule.
Do I need to be home during service?+
No. Most customers aren't home when we come and that's completely fine. We'll send a confirmation when we're done and flag anything that needs your attention.
When should I book spring cleanup?+
As early as possible. Spring is our busiest time and we typically book out 3–4 weeks by mid-April. We recommend getting on the schedule in February or March to secure your preferred window.
Do you offer commercial landscaping?+
Yes. We maintain commercial properties including office parks, retail locations, HOAs, and multi-family housing. Commercial quotes are customized to the property and service frequency needed.
